A real working day does not run one order, it runs the whole board at once. Then a border queue closes a motorway and the orders behind it are late, and their loads, their slots and their invoices with them. The system re-plans while the trucks roll: another vehicle, a shifted slot, a corrected ETA. The dispatcher approves the exceptions, and nobody rebuilds the day by hand.

Fuel controlInvoices are created from completed transport orders, including consolidated invoices for several orders. Freight profitability is calculated from the same data used in management reports.
Transport settlementIncident footage and driver-behaviour data, plus in-cab ADAS and DMS warnings. The safety score identifies the habits to address first in training.
Video telematicsDrivers scan CMRs and invoices on the in-cab terminal and send them to the office. Documents arrive the day they are signed, without waiting for the driver to return.
Driver appDriving and rest time under Regulation (EC) No 561/2006, border crossings recorded automatically, wages and per diems under the Mobility Package. The data goes to the HR system.
Remote tachograph downloadFinancing, insurance, servicing, parts and fuel are assigned to the vehicle. When replacing a truck, you see the full cost of ownership for each make and model.
Reports and analyticsInspections scheduled based on actual mileage, with service orders managed in a single workflow. Vehicles under repair are automatically excluded from TMS planning.
